TERMS & CONDITIONS

 
 

DURATION OF RESERVATION:

Strict time limits apply for all bookings. We kindly ask that you emphasize with your guests the importance of arriving at Cliffy’s at your booked arrival time and depart at or before the end of your reservation end time. We appreciate your cooperation to not arrive earlier than your booking time as we may not have room to accommodate early arrivals. If you are unsure of your booking time limit please contact us info@cliffysemporium.com.au. If you are unable to make it to your booking on time we will accommodate where possible, letting us know ahead of time is always appreciated.

Accessibility:

Please note that Cliffy’s Emporium has a number of steps to enter the building. The building does not currently have wheelchair access or accessible bathrooms. Please consider this information when making your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS:

At least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, reduction of numbers, or change of date is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given the following cancellation fees apply:

  • 100% of pre-paid deposit if within 24 hours.

  • 50% of pre-paid deposit if within 25-48 hours.

Cancellations and changes to bookings should be made via email to info@cliffysemporium.com.au or by replying to your emailed booking confirmation. If one of your booked guests is unable to attend, this requires notice also, otherwise the reservation charge will still apply. You will not receive a refund or a credit for a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time.
Your reservation can be rescheduled to another available day or time up to 48 hours before the time of the reservation should your plans change.
At the sole discretion of Cliffy’s, in the event, a refund needs to be processed for a late cancellation (e.g. a major change of Government imposed rules out of your and our control), refunds will be processed.

BOOKING DEPOSITS:
All deposits and pre-paid set menus are a minimum spend and payable via our booking site Tock. Deposits are applied to the entire bill at the time of dining and any unused balance is not refundable.

CHILDREN & INFANTS

Well-behaved children are most welcome and our staff will happily accommodate to provide high chairs (subject to availability) or space for prams where possible if requested in advance. Please reply to your booking confirmation to make such requests. Please note we do not have a children's menu, nor can we provide 'half serves'.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:

A 15% service surcharge applies for all transactions on public holidays.
